4th Pan Arab Osteoporosis Conference and 1st Emirates Osteoporosis Conference
Number of attendees: 500World of Events was entrusted to manage the entire logistics and marketing services for the event. We worked with suppliers to create the visual identity of the conference which was used on all marketing material and on-site collateral and branding. Our targeted and concise marketing and sales plan proved to be highly cost-effective, delivering an unprecedented number of delegates.
The conference typically attracts 150-200 attendees, but the 2008 event brought in 500 registrations. Our operations team expertly managed this unexpectedly high number of registrations seamlessly, organising the accommodation, visa and social program requirements with finesse.
Overall, the delegates were extremely impressed with both the turnout and the level of execution of the conference and post-conference arrangements.
