Number of attendees: 1000Dnata World of Events supported the Dubai Police Academy in bringing this event to Dubai, beating other major cities such as Sydney and London for the honour of hosting the 2008 event. Once the event was awarded to Dubai, World of Events took over and provided full service management of the conference and exhibition. All travel, logistics and marketing activities were arranged by us. The four-day event included a grand opening ceremony, plenary and concurrent sessions, a comprehensive social programme including tours for accompanying guests, and a Gala Dinner overlooking the famed Burj Al Arab. World of Events also provided a complete solution for delegate and speaker management. The event saw a 30% increase in attendance over the previous year's event and drew support from major organisations and institutions in the region.
